Softlite.io Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Softlite Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Your relationship with Softlite
When joining the program, you will be an independent partner of Softlite. This means you may not present yourself as a part of Softlite and may not create any obligation on behalf of Softlite.
As our partner, you will be able to use our Affiliate Kit for your Softlite products promotion campaigns. However you are not allowed to share the contents in Affliate Kit for others.
Commission
You get 25% for each success purchase. A purchase is considered success only after 2 weeks from the date refund guarantee duration expires.
Right now our refund duration is 2 weeks, due to that your commission will only be effective after 4 weeks from purchasing date.
Minimum amount of purchase to be processed is 3 successful purchases.
How to get your payment?
Just prepare your PayPal account and add to your Affiliate Partner profile. We will send you the commission on 10th day of each month.
What to do?
Whatever you feel necessary and pertinent to get success purchases. We have some hint for you:
- Make tutorial videos about how to use features of Softlite .
- Review us in your blogs, websites, articles, social media pages or groups.
- Send Affiliate URL to yours email subscribers.
- Inform our events, promotion campaigns to your community
Not do what?
There are some prohibitive activities which we really want you to avoid. We may terminate our relationship in case you acted bad.
- Don’t presenting yourself as part of Softlite
- Don’t change our logo or banner
- Don’t provide false information about Softlite in any manner
- Don’t use our material (logos, banner, name) in wrong forms or illegal places.
- Don’t distribute Softlite products by yourself
- Don’t offering unofficial discounts or coupons code
- Don’t run paid advertising using keywords related to Softlite brands
Our Rights
Softlite remains the right to change the Privacy Policy. We will keep you being noticed in the cases.
Softlite reserve the right to terminate your affiliation at any time, by providing you with notice of such termination.
If your account is inactive for an extended period, we will terminate your account and only pay the outstanding balance if it is over a specific sum.

- Do I need to be Softlite user?
Not necessarily, however, the more familiar you are with Softlite, the easier it will be to sell. - Can I get commission from my own purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome, but at least you have to meet our minimum affiliate success purchase amount: 3 orders. - Where can I see how much I earned?
